Meet Our Team

  • Nancy Lee Dunn

After 27 years as a high school teacher, I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have been working in inpatient, outpatient and private practice for the last ten years. I specialize in working with clients who are suffering from trauma, betrayal trauma, infidelity trauma, narcissistic abuse, sex and porn addictions and ADHD. I also specialize in working with couples with infidelity. I am certified in CBT for Trauma and utilize CBT, ACT, DBT, EFT, EMDR and the Gottman Method with couples. I am a CPTT-Candidate, which is a betrayal trauma specialist.

I'm passionate about what I do and always enjoy connecting with new people. Please reach out if you or a loved one is struggling with infidelity or betrayal trauma, narcissistic abuse, sex or porn addiction or if you are part of a couple looking to learn how to communicate more effectively or heal an infidelity or rupture and improve your relationship.

  • Lisa Ferretti

With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Master Social Worker (NYS), educator, and researcher, I’ve devoted my career to helping people navigate life’s most complex transitions. My work centers on developing therapeutic relationships that support people as they age, face loss, and adapt to significant changes—addressing the anxiety, loneliness, and stress that often accompany these moments.

I work with a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Narrative Therapy and the Gottman Method for couples therapy.

I approach this work with deep compassion and a commitment to honoring each person’s unique journey. Whether you're struggling with a recent life shift or seeking new ways to cope, I welcome your inquiries and offer a safe space for your healing and growth. Your path matters, and I’m here to support you with compassion, empathy and respect.

I see clients in person in the NY Capital region and throughout NY through telehealth.

  • Brea Clarke

I enjoy working with teens through older adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck. I also have a growing passion for working with couples, especially those healing from infidelity and betrayal. Rebuilding trust after betrayal can feel overwhelming, whether you're the one who was hurt or the one trying to repair the damage. My goal is to provide a space where both partners can feel heard while working toward honesty, understanding, and healthier patterns.

As an LMSW, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Gottman Method for couples. Every person and every relationship is different, so I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative conversation, not a lecture. I'll meet you with compassion, be honest when you're stuck, and help you build practical tools you can actually use outside of session. Whether you're working through a difficult season, healing from betrayal, or looking to strengthen your relationships, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Are you experiencing depression, anxiety or struggling with patterns that no longer work for you? Do you have a substance use disorder or are you a first responder with trauma? We can work together to find solutions toward meaningful change.
My approach to therapy stems from a core belief that people have the capacity to change.  Sometimes we feel uncertain or overwhelmed by the idea of making changes in our life.  Therapy allows us to explore what change might look like for you and how to begin working through it one step at a time.

I have worked with diverse clients as a LMSW for 17 years. By utilizing Motivational Interviewing, ACT and CBT. I see clients throughout New York through telehealth. I will work with you to empower your ability to begin a journey of transformation.
